Sub-processor List

This document provides a list of third-party service providers (“Sub-processors”) authorized by Bekind Labs Inc. to process Customer Personal Data in connection with the Tracker Boot service. All Sub-processors listed below are subject to data protection obligations that are substantially similar to those set out in Bekind Labs’ Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”).

This list includes providers supporting AI-assisted features where such providers process Customer Personal Data under Bekind Labs’ instructions.

Authorized Sub-processors

1. Sentry

  • Purpose: Error tracking, observability, and performance monitoring, including certain AI feature telemetry such as latency, performance, and error-related events
  • Location: United States

2. Google LLC (Google OAuth / Google Identity)

  • Purpose: Authentication and identity verification
  • Location: Global (as provided through Google infrastructure)

3. Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Purpose: Cloud hosting and infrastructure, including application hosting, storage, retrieval infrastructure, and AI-assisted feature execution via AWS Bedrock.
  • Location: Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region for production. AI-assisted inference requests may be processed in other AWS Regions through Amazon Bedrock Cross-Region Inference, depending on the applicable Bedrock inference profile.
  • Notes: AI-assisted features are executed using Anthropic models via AWS Bedrock. Customer content processed through these features is subject to applicable contractual restrictions governing provider use. Retrieval and indexing for semantic search are maintained within Bekind Labs’ AWS environment and are project-scoped.

Bekind Labs will notify all affected Customers via email at least thirty (30) days in advance of authorizing any new Sub-processor to process Customer Personal Data, via email to the Customer’s designated admin contact.
